Refer a Doctor Terms and Conditions

Paragon Medics recognise their loyal candidates and would like to offer a reward when you introduce a doctor who would like to register with us for their Locum or Permanent journey.

The vast number of the doctors we work with are referred to us through word-of-mouth, being either a fellow colleague, family member or friend. To show our gratitude we are offering you a reward of either a $500 visa Gift card or a donation of $500 to the charity of your choice.

To be eligible:

1. You will be a registered candidate on our database at the time of making the referral or can choose to register here prior to referring a doctor for this Refer a doctor program

2. You will refer a doctor via the registration page on our website, via email, or verbally. You can only refer a candidate who is not already registered with Paragon Medics or has not used our services in the past.

3. You may refer as many new doctors as you wish. You cannot refer yourself.

4. Should a referral be submitted multiple times from different referees, then the first referral will be eligible for the reward

5. Once your referred candidate has been successfully placed, they will be required to work a minimum of 5 days within a 12-month period as a Locum or if placed in a permanent placement, the candidate is required to complete the initial 3-month period of their placement for you to be eligible for your $500 visa Gift card reward or charity donation.

6. Your choice of reward will be dispatched once the new candidate completes their required 5 days work as a Locum or 3-month period of a permanent placement

7. Your referred candidate will be valid for twelve months from the date a candidate referral is received by Paragon Medics

8. This referral scheme may at any time, be terminated or changed at Paragon Medics discretion without notice

9. By accepting our terms and conditions you represent that you have the authority to disclose the details of the candidate who is referred to us. Without this authority, you acknowledge that you are ineligible to participate in Paragon Medics Refer a doctor program. Please see our privacy policy for further details
