Position Overview

• Provide specialist psychiatric assessment, management, and treatment.
• Participate in outpatient clinics, consultation-liaison services, and crisis management.
• Contribute to clinical leadership, staff supervision, and education programs.
• Participate in an on-call roster and provide consultation for acute presentations.
• Ensure compliance with mental health legislation and professional standards.

Job Details

• Full-time, ongoing position.
• Competitive salary range: $207,165 - $253,495.

Essential Criteria

• Fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP).
• Specialist registration with AHPRA.
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
• Commitment to service quality, safety, and ethical practice.
